For Zusje, we seek representative, high-frequency locations with strong visibility. Preferred are prime (A-grade) locations in city centers, town centers, or central market squares with high pedestrian traffic and a strong surrounding F&B environment.
Ideally, sites feature architecturally distinctive buildings with historical character that enhance brand staging and ensure strong external impact. The required space ranges from approximately 500 to 800 sqm, complemented by a mandatory terrace to fully leverage location potential and enhance overall guest appeal.
